In Tekken 3, Ogre Absorbed...Lee?

Since Lee wasn’t in Tekken 3, which was extremely odd. He had been in the first two, why not the third? Well…a popular fan theory ermerged. The new antagonist, Ogre, shared some of Lee’s moves, specifically his Blazing Kick and Infinite Kick chain. This led fans to believe he was one of the many fighters Ogre absorbed to gain power. Makes sense; it happened to other fighters, including Jun (well, back then it was true!), so it was plausible.

Of course this didn’t end up being true at all. Maybe they thought about it, but regardless, Lee’s a staple of the series and has appeared in every mainline game apart from Tekken 3. He remains a popular fan favourite!
